Check List:
- Flush water heater – check T&P for proper operation. Check flue for proper venting. Check for code violations.
- Check Toilets for proper operation – flush several times to check flush valve and fill valve, inspect for cracks and or leaks
- Check faucets, run water check for poor operation, inspect angle stops and supplies for leaks. Check trap for proper drainage and leaks.
- Check tub and shower for proper operation – run lots of water fill and drain tub.
- Inspect washing machine hook ups for leaks
- Inspect ice maker hook up for leaks
- Inspect dishwasher hook ups for leaks
- Pressure test for slab leaks.
- If home has a crawl space, inspect plumbing for leaks and deterioration.
- Check sewer main for proper access. Clean main line or kitchen line – customer’s choice.
- Make WRITTEN Recommendations and review with customer.
- Place Service Stickers on Water heater and Garbage Disposal.
